How to guide students’ growth and development based on the discipline’s characteristics and leverage employment advantages to help students realize their ideals is particularly important. He encouraged students to continuously participate and grow in this series of events, find their anchor points, clarify their direction, plan their personal career development reasonably and scientifically, and continuously approach their grand personal ideals.
