This team is a high-level scientific research team dedicated to the research of rail transit information and control technology. Based on national strategic goals, it faces major projects such as future high-speed maglev railway systems, new-generation high-speed EMUs, intelligent EMUs, and heavy-haul trains, striving to achieve the strategic goals of innovative transportation, green transportation, intelligent transportation, convenient transportation, and safe transportation.

The team focuses on three major areas: intelligent train control and traction electric drive technology, new train energy and converters, and traffic signal and intelligent collaboration systems, with four research directions:

(1) Ubiquitous-domain transportation collaborative control;

(2) Intelligent train control;

(3) Multi-objective cross-disciplinary collaborative control;

(4) Intelligent operation and maintenance collaborative control.
