On the morning of November 25, the donation agreement signing ceremony between the Central South University Education Foundation and the Hunan CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Public Welfare Foundation was held in Room 119 of the Transportation Building on Tianxin Campus, Central South University. Representatives attending the ceremony included Wu Yong, Chairman of the Hunan CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Public Welfare Foundation; Zeng Yirong, Vice Chairman; Qian Yong, Secretary-General; Liu Xianjun, Secretary-General of the Central South University Education Foundation; Yuan Shiping, Party Secretary of the School of Traffic & Transportation Engineering; and Chen Weiya, Vice Dean of the School of Traffic & Transportation Engineering. The ceremony was chaired by Yuan Shiping.
After a brief introduction of the guests, Liu Xianjun and Wu Yong signed the donation agreement on behalf of the two sides respectively, and Chen Weiya presented a donation certificate to the Hunan CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Public Welfare Foundation.

Wu Yong stated that this donation marked the foundation’s first large-scale donation to a university and had received great attention from the leadership of the organization. In the future, the foundation will work together with Central South University to build a multidimensional platform for joint talent cultivation, research collaboration, and information exchange, so as to foster more high-quality professionals in the field of rail transit.
On behalf of the Central South University Education Foundation, Liu Xianjun expressed sincere gratitude to the Hunan CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Public Welfare Foundation for its generous donation. He reviewed the long-standing and close cooperative relationship between the two sides and noted that this donation of RMB 1 million was particularly valuable. He said that the university would strictly manage and make good use of every cent of the donation, and he also sincerely invited representatives of the foundation to attend the subsequent award ceremony.
Yuan Shiping also expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Hunan CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Public Welfare Foundation. He stated that the school would strictly follow relevant management regulations, carefully manage and effectively use the funds, and give full play to their maximum value. He also expressed the hope that both sides would continue to deepen cooperation and expand into broader areas of collaboration in the future.

The signing of this donation agreement is not only an important milestone in the history of cooperation between Central South University and the Hunan CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Public Welfare Foundation, but also a vivid example of university-enterprise collaboration in talent cultivation and scientific and technological cooperation. The donated funds will be used to support the School of Traffic & Transportation Engineering in talent development, research innovation, and student growth, thereby further promoting the school’s high-quality development.
