On the morning of June 20, the 2025 graduation ceremony for the School of Traffic and Transportation Engineering at Central South University was held in the auditorium of the Tianxin Campus. Members of the school’s leadership team, heads of various departments and institutes, representative faculty advisors, and all 2025 graduates attended the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Li Yuan, Deputy Secretary of the School’s Party Committee.

The ceremony commenced with the solemn national anthem. Following Vice Dean Han Kun’s reading of the “Decision on Commending Outstanding Graduates of 2025,” Party Secretary Yuan Shiping presented honorary certificates to Hunan Province Outstanding Graduates, and Vice Dean Liu Hui presented certificates to Central South University Outstanding Graduates and Outstanding Graduates for Volunteer Service at the Grassroots Level.


After the certificate presentation, Vice Dean Peng Yong read the “List of 2025 Engineering Doctorates and Masters from the School of Traffic and Transportation Engineering,” and Vice Dean Chen Weiya read the “List of 2025 Engineering Bachelors from the School of Traffic and Transportation Engineering.”


Subsequently, undergraduate graduate representative Hu Yehan and graduate student representative Liu Jiabao delivered speeches. They reflected on their experiences during their time at the university, expressing gratitude and best wishes to their alma mater, the school, their teachers, family, and friends. They called upon their fellow graduates to remain true to their original aspirations, keep their mission firmly in mind, and, with the responsibility and commitment of Central South University students, let their youth bloom brilliantly in the service of national development and the rejuvenation of the nation.

Following this, Dean Huang Helai delivered an address. He offered three pieces of advice to all graduates: first, the past is gone and the future has arrived, cultivate an independent spirit; second, with innovation and entrepreneurship, nothing is impossible, live a life of freedom; third, your alma mater and school are always with you, may your fellow students soar to great heights. Finally, Dean Huang said with deep emotion, “Your school will always be here for you. We look forward to all graduates achieving even greater brilliance. We wish you all a happy graduation!”

Finally, all members of the school’s leadership team and representative faculty members took group photos with the graduates. With this, the graduation ceremony for the School of Traffic and Transportation Engineering at Central South University concluded.
