The Institute focuses on frontier technology development and engineering applications, conducting systematic research on advanced battery thermal management and thermal runaway suppression. By investigating the heat transfer mechanisms of novel cooling media, the Institute establishes precise temperature control methodologies. Integrating multi-scale intelligent thermal field monitoring with fault early-warning technologies, we construct high-efficiency thermal regulation systems. Simultaneously, the Institute develops millisecond-level directional blocking and rapid suppression mechanisms for thermal runaway, forming an integrated "Active Prevention - Rapid Response" technical framework. We are committed to enhancing thermal management efficiency and upgrading safety prevention systems. By building a distinctive research ecosystem spanning mechanism analysis, technology R&D, and engineering application, we aim to create a world-leading battery thermal safety platform and provide core technical support for the new energy industry.
